A former Division I basketball player for the Runnin’ Rebels of UNLV, Eric was drafted by the Utah Jazz before embarking on a decade-long professional career abroad. That experience competing in multiple countries instilled in him an invaluable cross-cultural awareness and a relentless dedication to excellence.

For over 25 years, Eric has been in the casino industry, holding managerial roles in casino marketing with a focus on player development. Having trained casino hosts across numerous properties, he has spent decades shaping the high-level customer engagement strategies that define the luxury gaming experience.

Today, Eric is successfully transitioning his deep operational knowledge into the world of professional content creation. While his “first love” has always been the written word—evidenced by 20 years of writing experience and authoring casino marketing articles for publications like Indian Gaming Magazine—he is now expanding his reach. Eric possesses the rare ability to pivot between different writing spaces, from the analytical demands of casino marketing and masterclass development to the imaginative realms of creative storytelling.
